My traveling partner isn’t a car enthusiast – are there activities for them?

Yes, our trip includes culinary experiences, walking tours and day-trips to other cities with free time to go shopping.


Is the Airfare included in the price?

Airfare isn’t included because we can’t lock in a volume discount as people are traveling from all over the world for this adventure and are booking plane tickets at different times.


How old do you have to be to drive a vehicle?

You need to be 21 years of age.


I’m ready to commit - what’s the next steps?

If you want to move forward with joining us on our trip, we will take a non-refundable $1,000 USD deposit. Then we will invoice you the remaining amount due within 10 days in full. If you need a payment plan, we can assist with that.


What’s your refund policy?

There are no refunds for this trip, aside from the $1,000 USD deposit as mentioned above. However, we do offer a Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance, if you change your mind on this trip. Please inquire about our travel protection insurance programs when you do register for your trip.


How many people do you take?
I take no more than 16 people in a group.


What happens if we’re not happy with something that occurs while on the trip?

We appreciate that you’ve trusted us with your valuable vacation time and your vacation should be SIMPLE, EASY and WITHOUT HASSLE. If you run into any issues during your vacation with us, WE GUARANTEE it will be resolved to the best of our ability as soon as physically and mentally able to. If not, you will receive a full refund for the specific items with which you were not happy with, whether it be as small as a dessert or a glass of wine at a tasting. We haven’t earned TripAdvisors Traveler’s Choice Award and Certificate of Excellence with over 1000 reviews without a reason — to ensure you have the most awesome experience that you create life long memories and refer us to your friends, family and colleagues!


Do you Sell Travel Insurance?

Yes we do! We recommend purchasing optional travel protection insurance within 15 days of your deposit for the “what-if’’s” and “unexpected circumstances” of life . Please inquire about our travel protection insurance programs when you do register for your trip.


What happens if the Covid-19 pandemic spikes up and there are travel restrictions?

In the unlikely event of Covid-19 travel restrictions, we will reschedule the trip. Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds as Covid-19 is a known medical issue in today’s world. For peace of mind, please consider purchasing Travel Insurance to cover you for medical issues like Covid-19, heart attacks, etc or just the unexpected occurrences in life such as death of a family member.


Are there ever changes to the schedule or itinerary?

On rare occasions, changes do occur such as rescheduling the attraction on a different date and/or the unexpected closures of museums or restaurants for maintenance or health protocols. We hope our participants understand and able to flex with us.


How much physical activity is involved in your trips?

Physical activities includes walking during our guided tours and climbing stairs of monuments and buildings.


Why are you taking reservations so far in advance for a trip in August?

The reason why we’re taking reservations now for an August date is to be to get the best prices possible and to be able to lock in our group activities. Germany and Italy is one of the top travel destinations and combined with the phenomenon of “revenge travel” where people haven’t traveled because of the Covid-19 “lock down”, there’s so much travel activity that hotels and activities get booked up quick! At times, it’s a hit or miss if we can get extra traveler booked and we’ve had to unfortunately turn away people for previous trips.
