2025 Motorsport Lab Recap: When Business Outcomes Look Like Bucket-List Experiences

Hello Friends,

Happy New Year!
Before we blast into 2026, I wanted to take a moment and look back. 2025 was a year where Motorsport Lab stretched, experimented, and created more “you just had to be there” moments than ever. A report card felt overdue, so here’s what we learned, what we built, and where you might’ve seen us — tearing through a mountain pass or strolling into a Formula 1 paddock with gelato in hand.

What 2025 Taught Us

Measuring ROI in motorsport experiences can feel like trying to dyno-test a smile. You know the horsepower is there… it just shows up later.

Thankfully, research from Harvard Business Review, MIT, and Stanford validated what we see in the field:

Motorsport for Business Development Works

  • Extended, immersive engagements increase trust, influence, and purchase intent in B2B and HNW audiences

  • Multi-day formats build memory (not pitch fatigue)

  • F1 sponsorships and partnerships are exponentially more valuable when the magic happens beyond the race day — in curated activations, shared adventure, and emotional engagement.

Motorsport for Leadership Alignment Works

Our retreats aren’t PowerPoints. They’re human tune-ups.

Impact shows up when:

  • conflict becomes collaboration

  • pressure turns into partnership

  • accountability feels shared, not enforced

This isn’t about hitting KPIs. It’s about protecting the humans who hit the KPIs.

2025 Wrap-Up

If we measured KPIs, ours might look like this:

Primary KPI: 1 serving of gelato per day (non-negotiable)
Actual KPI: Moments of happiness; too many to count.

If We Haven’t Talked in a While

Tell me how I can help.
I might have a track, a factory, or a coastline that changes the way you lead, sell, or simply experience life.

Reply or DM me.
And the advice I tell myself every time I hover over “Book Flight”:

Just book the plane ticket and go.
