I’m Ray Chang, founder of Motorsport Lab and your host. A lifelong gearhead, foodie, and global traveler, I’ve owned and driven Ferraris, Aston Martins, and Lamborghinis around the world. Drawing on my background as a management consultant, post-exit founder of a $13M Supercar Autocross School, angel investor, and former IBM executive, I design motorsport experiences grounded in research that build real relationships, spark transformation, and create stories worth retelling.
